Small Animal Micro PET/CT of Ec dhfr Tumors with [¹¹C]TMP

(A) HCT116 tumors were xenografted subcutaneously (10 million cells) to the shoulders of nude mice. The tumors were grown for 10 days and imaged using small animal PET followed by CT.
