(A) Photomicrographs of HeLa-EGFP-654 cells treated with DMSO control (Con), 1 μM non-targeting oligo (Con-ASO), 1 μM SSO (SSO), 2 μM 6BIO (6BIO), a combination of 1 μM control oligo and 2 μM 6BIO (Con-ASO/6BIO) or 1 μM SSO and 2 μM 6BIO (SSO/6BIO) as indicated, for 2 days prior to imaging.
