Mean concentrations (bars) and standard deviations (whiskers) are indicated. P values are given in the panels whenever the difference between control and CI-treated cytokine concentration was statistically significant. N.s. - not significant. Student T test with Welch's correction was applied. N = 11 for each cytokine determination.
