(A–D) U251 cells were transfected with miR-22 inhibitors or control oligos (final concentration, 50 nM) for 24 h and then transfected with 100 ng/ml poly(I:C) for 8 h. The protein levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL6 were analyzed by ELISA. Data represent means ± SD from three independent experiments performed in duplicate. (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01). CCL5 mRNA levels were determined with quantitative real-time PCR and Zormalized to the expression of β-actin in each sample. All data are representative of at least three independent experiments.
