Fractions of phosphorylated GSK-3β (pGSK-3βY216: active form; pGSK-3βS9: inactive form) and total GSK-3β were detected in protein extracts from osteosarcoma and hFOB1.19 cells by Western immunoblotting analysis. The amount of protein extract from each sample was compared to the expression of β-actin.
