There is no significant difference in overall survival between adenocarcinoma patients treated with chemotherapy followed by surgery (n=24) compared to those treated by surgery alone (n=14) B. Proportion of tumour between 40% and 70%. Adenocarcinoma patients treated with chemotherapy followed by surgery (n=61) survived significantly longer than patients treated with surgery only (n=68). C. Proportion of tumour > 70%. There is no significant difference in overall survival between adenocarcinoma patients treated with chemotherapy followed by surgery (n=13) compared to those treated by surgery alone (n=15).
