Representative images of wound healing assay of Panc-1 (A), Miapaca-2 (B) and Aspc-1 (C) cells after 16 h treatment with or without TGF-β (10 ng/mL) alone, or along with indicated dose of HS-173 for 24 h. For quantification, analysis of the unhealed area at the indicated dose of HS-173 was performed. All images were captured at 200x magnification.
