Combination treatment significantly increased DNA fragmentation. Three HGSOC cell lines were treated as described then assessed by flow cytometric measurement of DNA content. DMSO (0.002%) treatment was used as a vehicle control. The percentages of cells in each cell cycle phase (A) and the sub-G1 phase (B) are shown as the mean ± SD of four independent experiments. P-values were calculated by a two-way ANOVA.
