U-87MG cells stably overexpressing pcDNA3.1 or pcDNA3.1-TrxR1 were transfected with scramble siRNA or TIGAR siRNAs 48 h before IR. Indirect immunofluorescence staining of glioma cells with anti-Trx1 and anti-γ-H2AX antibody was performed.
