Axial T2-weighted (A) and sagittal T1-weighted (B) MR images show the left frontal intra-axial mass lesion that was hyperintense on T2-(A) and hypointense on T1-(B) weighted images. The lesion shows intense and homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast T1-weighted (C) image. MR images (A–C) reveal the prominent peritumoral vasogenic edema. T1-weighted images show no contrast enhancement was detected in the operation area (D). MR: magnetic resonance.
