Control denture base resin discs (no drug) and discs containing 1 wt%, 2 wt%, 4 wt%, and 4 wt% aged (2 months) DABCO derivatives were fabricated and used in biofilm growth assays as described in the legend to Fig. 2. The data are represented as percent inhibition compared to the drug-free control discs and are representative of the results of 3 to 5 repeat experiments. Statistics included one-way ANOVA for each group of compounds followed by Tukey post hoc tests and unpaired Student t tests between 4 wt% and 4 wt% aged samples.
