Supernatants from splenocytes stimulated by anti-CD3e MoAb for 48 h from 5 sham- and 5 UVB-treated mice (90 min survival time) were pooled together and added at the % indicated to the cultures of normal mouse spleens stimulated for 48 h with anti-CD3e MoAb for 48 h. Levels of IFNγ quantitated as described in detail in the Materials and Methods section. Data presented as Mean ± SEM of triplicate cultures; exact P values evaluated with ANOVA (SigmaStat, San Jose, CA).
