The aspartate transaminase to platelet ratio index (APRI) score was elevated in adult Fontan patients and in those who were more than 10 years post-Fontan. (A) There was a significant correlation (R² = 0.36, p = 0.01) between an increasing APRI and time post-Fontan. (B) The APRI was significantly elevated (p = 0.02) in patients who were >10 years post-Fontan.
