The expression levels of RELN from 565 newly diagnosed MM patients from GSE24080 were first transformed by log-base 2 and were then analyzed by a hierarchical cluster analysis with Ward’s method. The cut-off value (810) was defined. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot the event-free survival (EFS) (A) and overall survival (OS) (B), which were compared between patients with high and low RELN expression using the log-rank test.
