Representative vestibular-evoked reflex responses from four subjects rank ordered as a function of increasing severity of spasticity. Cervical vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs) were measured from the sternocleidomastoid muscles. In most subjects, the VEMP responses on the spastic-paretic side (thick line) were larger than on the contralateral side (thin line).
