Lower doses of curcumin induce the expression level of RARβ and RARγ in TNBC cell lines. (A and B) MDA-MB-231 and (C and D) MDA-MB-468 cells were treated with 5 or 10 µM curcumin for 24 h (DMSO was used for the control) prior to cell lysis. Cell lysates were resolved with SDS-PAGE and immuno-blotted with antibodies recognizing RARβ and RARγ. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
