CAF promotes the invasion of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro. The study first adopted indirect co-culture model and process for 48 h and then used the Transwell assay to examine cell invasion capability. The results showed that the number of penetrated cells in the CAF-CM group was significantly increased compared to that in the PBS or NF-CM groups.
