The arthroscope is in the 6R portal, with direct vision of the dorsal portion of the scapholunate ligament (SLL) in a left wrist. (A) We introduce the anchor through the 3-4 portal and place it at the dorsal edge of the scaphoid or lunate according to the spot where the ligament has been detached.
