Primary articular chondrocytes were cultured with 20 μM PHD2 inhibitor IOX2 or vehicle (DMSO) for 72 hours and expression of markers were measured by Real time RT-PCR. (C) mRNA expression of chondrocyte marker Col2 and chondrocyte hypertrophy marker Col10.
