(a) Constant 10 μg of capped BR-1a through BR-1f were nucleofected into 1 million K562 cells with or without accompanying 1 μg of T-1*. Minor differences (see Table 1 and Supplementary Figs 1–6) show varying changes in baseline and “triggered” luminescence.
