Figure 1. JAS239 colocalizes with ChoKα.

Fixed permeabilized MDA-MB-231 cells treated with a ChoKα-specific antibody (Ab) followed by a Texas Red-conjugated secondary antibody (Ex. 543 nm; Em. 565–615 nm) were assessed by confocal microscopy (top row). In cells stained with JAS239 followed by the ChoKα antibody (middle row), strong colocalization between the JAS239 (Ex. 633 nm; Em. > 650 nm) and ChoKα is observed. Cells incubated with ChoKα antibody prior to JAS239 staining (bottom row) no longer retain the NIRF probe. Scale bar represents 35 μm.
