(BE) The change in tCho (3.2 ppm) within MDA-MB-231 tumors was measured using MRS (B) to show progressive tCho increase during saline treatment (n = 5) (B, C), whereas reductions in tCho in response to 5 days of 2 mg/kg MN58b (n = 4) (B, D) or 4 mg/kg JAS239 (n = 3) (B, E) were observed.
