(B) Analysis of luciferase activity results. HEK293 cells were cotransfected with wild-type or mutant 3′-UTR of Foxa2 and miR-200a or the control mimics. The luciferase activities were examined 48h after transfection. (C) Huh7 cells were transfected with miR-200a or the negative control lentivirus. QRT-PCR was performed to observe the mRNA change of Foxa2.
