Chlorophyll, height, tillers, and shoot total nitrogen of control plants (WT); three UBI4/Dof1 transgenic events (UD-1, UD-2, UD-3); and three rbcS1/Dof1 transgenic events (RD-1, RD-2, RD-3). Plants were grown hydroponically for 5 weeks under: 15 mM N (High N) or 0.3 mM N (Low N). Data expressed as mean ± standard error from three independent experiments.
