Fusarium proliferatum-induced cytokines released from human lung epithelial BEAS-2B cells. BEAS-2B cells were stimulated with F. proliferatum extracts (100 µg/mL) and were incubated for 24 h before cytokine release in the supernatants was analyzed with a Cytokines Multi-Analyte ELISArray Kit. Data shown here represent two independent experiments performed in duplicate and are presented as the mean optical density (OD) at 450 nm of two experiments ± standard deviations.
