The effect of PFE on the mRNA levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in human endometriotic cells. Human endometriotic 11Z and 12Z cells were treated with PFE (25, 50, 100 μg/mL) for 24 h. Real-time RT-PCR was performed to measure the mRNA levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 11Z (A) and 12Z (B) cells. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GADPH) was used as an internal control.
