A number of gene functions are significantly enriched in the identified marker genes. Many of the enriched functions are highly related to ovarian cancer mechanism, such as, defense response (p-value 4.59×10−6), immune response (p-value 2.77×10−5), cell motion, etc., which is consistent with previous studies. The gene ontology enrichment analysis was conducted at DAVID website[43]with default settings.
