Parecoxib inhibits cell invasion of GBM cells. (A) The cell invasion of U343 cells was detected by transwell assay. U343 cells were seeded in the chamber, followed by treatment with 100 μM or 200 μM of parecoxib for 48 h. After staining with Crystal Violet, U343 cells were photographed at 400× magnification.
