Results are represented as percentages relative to native RNase A (nRNase A) for the indicated time. The activity of the reduced and denatured RNase A (rRNase A) was tested alone or after incubation with PDI-M, PDI-M(a°) or PDI-M(a). Measurements were made in triplicate and error bars indicate standard deviation.
