Binding of anti-Env antibodies to reactivated HIV-1-infected cells from the viral reservoir. Purified CD4⁺ T cells from a patient on HAART (patient KB47) were activated, and viral replication was monitored by flow cytometry. When the percentage of Gag⁺ cells was >5%, cells were stained with the indicated Abs. (A) Cells were stained with anti-CD4 and anti-Gag antibodies and with PGT128 or the isotype control mGO53.
