Organisation of the bi-directional promoter region between hrpL and hrpJ, including known binding sites for σ⁵⁴, IHF, and HrpRS. HrpS activator function is regulated antagonistically by HrpV and HrpG. HrpL promotes transcription of hrpJ and other hrp/hrc operons via the hrp-box (red boxes).
