Effect of sunitinib on the proliferation in PC-3 and LNCaP cells. Following 5, 10 or 20 µmol/l sunitinib treatment in PC-3 and LNCaP cells for 24 h, cell viability was measured using a Cell Counting Kit-8 kit assay.
