T‐lymphokine‐activated killer cell‐originated protein kinase (TOPK) is highly expressed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cell lines and primary SCLC tumors. Endogenous TOPK protein expression levels were examined by western blot analysis of six adherent SCLC cell lines, two NFLF (normal fetal lung fibroblast) cells (a), and five suspension SCLC cell lines (b).
