BC T24 cells were treated with 5μg/mL dioscin, mixed antioxidants (10 μg/mL N-acetyl cysteine and 20 μg/mL Vitamin E) or combination of 5μg/mL dioscin and 5 μM/mL H₂O₂ for 48h, followed by measurements of intracellular ROS and GSH levels. Dio: dioscin; AT: antioxidants composed of 10 μg/mL N-acetyl cysteine and 20 μg/mL Vitamin E; Dio+ H₂O₂: co-treatment with dioscin and H₂O₂. Experiments were repeated at least three times. Each bar represents the mean of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05 vs. control group.
