mRNA levels of S. japonicum eggs in liver and intestinal tissues from mice at different time points either post infection or post treatment. mRNA of S. japonicum eggs deposited in intestinal and liver tissues in 45dPI,90dPI,180dPI and 30dPT groups were more significantly than that of the normal group respectively (P < 0.001). mRNA of S. japonicum eggs in livers were more significantly than that of in intestines at every time point of post infection (P < 0.05)
