Biodistribution is expressed as % injected dose per gram of tissue or milliliter of fluid [%ID/g of tissue or mL] (top) and % injected dose per whole organ in major fetal organs [%ID/organ] (bottom). On fetal side, dendrimers were mostly accumulated in the intestine, placenta and lungs (bottom) which are directly related to the amniotic fluid transport.
