Oligomeric state of ATP synthase in HAP1 and 143B ρ+ cells and of vestigial ATP synthase complexes in HAP1-A12 and 143B ρ0 cells. Mitoplasts were extracted with various concentrations of digitonin/protein (wt/wt) indicated above each lane.
