Internal quantum efficiency (Φ_IQ), carrier formation efficiency (Φ_CF), carrier transfer efficiency (Φ_CT = Φ_IQ/Φ_CF), and fullerene mixing (Φ_Fullerene) within the polymer matrix of OSCs based on films of F8T2/PC₇₁BM (33 : 67 wt%) blend annealed for 10 min at T_an. The error bars of Φ_CF were roughly evaluated from the signal/noise ratio of the femtosecond time-resolved spectra. Φ_Fullerene was evaluated by least-squares fitting of the observed spectra (φ_exp) with the linear combination of the F8T2 (φ_D) and PC₇₁BM (φ_A) spectra, φ_cal = C_Dφ_D + C_Aφ_A. The averages and standard deviations of C_D and C_A were evaluated from ten φ_exp spectra at every T_an. The Φ_Fullerene values were calculated by C_A/(C_D + C_A).
