Correlations were analyzed by Spearman’s correlation coefficient. Correlation coefficient values were considered significant if p-value was <0.05. Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn’s comparison post hoc test was conducted for comparison of measured variables between the groups where indicated. Values of p < 0.05 were regarded as significant
