PRC1 ectopic expression increased Chemoresistance of HCC cells and conferred resistance to 5-FU-induced apoptosis. (A)CCK-8 assay was used to evaluate the cell growth inhibition of 5-FU in Vector or PRC1 groups; (B) The apoptosis status of cells from Vector or PRC1 groups was examined under a fluorescence microscope after Hoechst 33258 staining.
