The association of genotypes and serum lipid parameters (TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA1, ApoB and ApoA1/ApoB) was tested by analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Age, sex, body mass index (BMI), smoking and alcohol consumption were adjusted for the statistical analysis. The values of triglyceride were presented as the median (interquartile range), and the difference among the genotypes was determined by the Kruskal-Wallis test or the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test.
