Climate data were downloaded from Atlas of Living Australia (P/PE, ratio of precipitation to pan evaporation) and ANUCLIM (Xu and Hutchinson 2011). Lat, latitude; long, longitude; T ann, mean annual temperature; R ann, mean annual rainfall; TMXWM, mean maximum temperature of the warmest period (week); TMNCM, mean minimum temperature of the coldest period (week).
