During the task acquisition (a), the MSD-mino offspring spent a significantly fewer time than the MSD-saline rats to locate the hidden platform on day 3, and 4. On day 5, a probe trial was performed. MSD-mino offspring spent more time in the training quadrant (b) and passed over the original platform location more times (c).
