Virosomes and liposomes coupled either to the fluorochrome Atto647 and/or model protein OVA were analyzed by dynamic light scattering (DLS; Zetasizer Nano S) or by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA; NanoSight NS300). Data represent three formulations of virosomes and liposomes with their average modal size (median ± SD, n = 3) and the polydispersity index (PDI).
