Productivity gaps by sector. Figure (a) (top) shows the ratio between productivity in each sector and agriculture based on per-person-per-year productivity measures. The fourth column depicts the raw productivity gaps between agriculture and non-agriculture as constructed using national accounts data, and the fifth column refers to adjusted gaps constructed by Gollin et al., 2014a, Gollin et al., 2014b. Figure (b) (bottom) shows the ratio between productivity in agriculture and in other sectors based on output per time input.
