Env-binding of 6A and 8C chimeric mAbs against HIV Env. (A) HIV AD8 Env gp140 and (B) HIV AD8 Env. gp120 was immobilized on 96-well plates and serial dilutions of chimeric 6A and 8C mAbs were incubated with the coated wells.
