Size and ζ-potential of cESG generated with different ratios of ESG to GTMA measured by DLS. (n=3 independent conjugation experiments. Each experiment was averaged over three measurements using 15 scans at 10 seconds each.) For all measurements cESG was dissolved in 1mM sodium phosphate buffer at pH 7.5.
