Therapy success was predicted for therapies in the EuResistTCE, EuResistTCE_TP, and HIVdbTCE test using three different genetic susceptibility scores (GSS) for each therapy. The first GSS was obtained with Exposure models, the second GSS with ExposurePheno models and the third GSS with geno2pheno_[resistance]. Above, the performances of the three different GSS are tabulated for each dataset. Performances were quantified with the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve.
