The genes tested were: (A) slo, (B) pum, (C) eag, (D) para, (E) brp, (F) Teh2. Error bars represent SEM. Statistical significance was calculated using the One-way ANOVA for each gene with Dunnett’s post hoc test for comparisons to the untreated controls (*denotes P < 0.05, n > 6).
