GOLPH3 promotes the migration and invasion capacity of ovarian cancer cells. GOLPH3 expression was downregulated by siRNA in HEY and SKOV3 cell lines and overexpressed by plasmid in the HO8910 cell line. The transfection efficiencies were measured by western blot (A) and quantitative real‐time PCR (B) analyses. β‐Actin served as a loading control. Transwell (C) and scratch migration (D) analyses were used to determine the function of GOLPH3 in the migratory and invasive capability of EOC cells. Original magnification 100×. *< 0.05, **< 0.01 compared with the control group.
